1. Contract and Scope
By making a booking with VIP RC Transports, the client confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy.
These Terms apply to all services provided by VIP RC Transports and to all individuals included in the booking.
2. Booking Confirmation and Payment
Bookings are considered confirmed only after:
- Acceptance by VIP RC Transports, and
- Receipt of full advance payment by bank transfer
VIP RC Transports does not accept cash on arrival, credit cards, online payments, or third-party payment platforms.
3. Prices and Inclusions
All prices are quoted per service, in euros, and include private transport with driver only, unless otherwise stated.
Prices do not include guides, meals, entrance fees, tips, or any additional services unless expressly mentioned in the booking confirmation.
4. Customer Conduct and Safety
Clients must behave responsibly and respectfully throughout the service.
Any behaviour that:
- endangers the safety of the driver, passengers, or third parties,
- places the vehicle or its occupants at risk,
- causes damage to the vehicle,
- interferes with the proper execution of the service,
- involves excessive alcohol consumption or inappropriate conduct,
may result in immediate suspension or termination of the service without any right to a refund.
The driver has full authority to refuse service or interrupt the journey if safety or operational integrity is compromised.
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellation and refund conditions are detailed in our Cancellation & Refund Policy, which applies to all services and must be reviewed before booking.
6. Changes Requested by the Customer
Requests to change the date or time of a service may be made more than two (2) days in advance, subject to availability.
Requests made less than two (2) days before the scheduled service will be handled on a best-effort basis, subject to availability. If a change is not possible, the request may be treated as a cancellation and subject to the applicable refund conditions.
7. Cancellations or Modifications by VIP RC Transports
VIP RC Transports reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify confirmed services when required due to:
- operational or logistical constraints,
- safety considerations,
- adverse weather conditions,
- force majeure or circumstances beyond our control.
In such cases, clients will be informed as soon as possible and offered an alternative solution or a full refund.
8. Liability and Limitations
VIP RC Transports is not responsible for delays, disruptions, or service failures caused by events beyond its reasonable control.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with Portuguese law.
